Website accessibility
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a working technical target for this website. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification.
The site is designed with semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators, descriptive links, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, reduced-motion support, and layouts that reflow for zoomed text and small screens.
Known limitations
The Google appointment form, embedded map, and payment service use third-party systems. Downloadable PDF forms may also be difficult to use with some assistive technology. We provide links and contact options to help you get the information you need. If one of those formats creates a barrier, contact the office and we will provide the information or service another way when possible.
Office accessibility
The Springfield office is wheelchair accessible. Free accessible parking is directly in front of the entrance, and the office has an ADA-compliant restroom with a baby changing station. Please contact us before your visit if you need help with the entrance, transferring, communication, forms, or another accommodation.
Report a problem
Email [email protected] or call (703) 455-5555. If a phone call is difficult for you, email us and tell us the best way to contact you. Please describe the page or document and the problem you encountered; browser or assistive-technology details are helpful when available but are not required.
